New – video appointments with Near Me
We are pleased to announce that we can now offer you an additional way to meet with us. You can now meet with us virtually by video link using Near Me. You may already be aware of Near Me as NHS Scotland uses the service for health and care appointments.
Near Me is easy and free to use from your mobile phone, tablet or computer with a camera/webcam and speakers. Near Me provides you with greater flexibility for appointments and meetings with us from wherever is convenient for you and means you can attend from a location of your choice, reducing the need to travel or time taken off work.
If you would like a video appointment, please speak with your local Neighbourhood Housing Officer who will send you a link and advise you on what you need to do.
